Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

Barrels: barre less is broken down into four blocks with two cardio fusion intervals a short warm-up and simple stretches to complete a total body workout. Each block has a unique focus and goal that incorporating strength, balance, power and flexibility movements.

Two of the exercise blocks will use either a band/ball or both, to emphasize control of the body, assist you to do the exercise correctly and/or challenge your body awareness.

Now a day’s Bootybarre workout has become popular. Many celebrities like Madonna, Natalie Portman etc are following this workout style. This form of the workout itself is developed by celebrity fitness expert Tracey Mallet, a popular dancer. All over the world, Bootybarre has become popular and has been practiced by thousands of people. It is an energetic workout that includes Pilates, yoga, and dance.

We use safe methods for all level of fitness. 

How workout is done

Our trainers are certified and experienced to implement effective workout techniques. Trainers use Pilates alignment principles that are safe and effective.  We follow a cardio format with the combination of ballet, strength, and flexibility.

Lightweights and resistance bands are used for upper body exercise. Ballet Barres is used to sculpting the legs and glutes. We also incorporate cardio intervals and mat Pilates during the session to work effectively to strengthen your abdominals.
