It Strengthens Every Tiny Muscle And A Well Trained Instructor Adapts A Special Program For Each Client. I Am 75 And Have Had A Hip Replacement And Also Have An Acute Scoliosis Of The Spine. I Swim 20 Lengths Of A Pool Nearly Every Day And Maintain A Big Garden. Due To The Excellent Care I Have Received From Pilates Instructors For Many Years I Have Avoided Surgery And Am Remarkably Active And Fit. To Sum Up, I Don’t Really Quite Understand Why Everybody Doesn’t Do Pilates. The Help And Instruction You Will Receive From Equilibrium Will Be Expensive But First Class.
