Patricia grew up in Brazil, where she began her journey as a ballet and jazz dancer. She pursued her studies in Physical Education in New York and Hawaii, working in both states until 1994.
In 1998, Patricia moved to Saudi Arabia with her husband, Fady Kabalaoui, CEO of EQUILIBRIUM. There, she founded “The Dance Jazz Company,” a program designed to teach jazz and ballet dance, as well as fitness for children, teens and adults. Additionally, Patricia taught fitness classes and dance at the Dhahran Academy, engaging high school students in health and movement.
In 2000, Patricia earned her AFAA certification in Group Fitness and Pilates, integrating the principles of Pilates into her classes.
In 2004, the family relocated to Bahrain, where Patricia launched her own dance and fitness programs at World Beat Fitness Center, offering a range of classes for children and teens, as well as multiple aerobics and Pilates sessions until 2010.
In 2011, with a vision to create her dream studio, Patricia and her husband established EQUILIBRIUM. The studio features state-of-the-art equipment and a team of top-notch trainers, evolving into the thriving fitness hub it is today.
Patricia has also gained expertise with the GYROTONIC® Certification, introducing GYROTONIC® classes and training to the Middle East for the first time. Her impressive qualifications also include the completion of several specialized courses:
